Teachers

Teachers are equipped first, and supported through the whole rollout

Not a one-time training day. Twelve live online workshops across four phases, in a teacher-focused, problem-solving format, with a permanent Q&A library behind them.

The model

Structured, phased and grade-specific

Four teaching phases

Teacher development spans four phases of the programme, so teachers are equipped progressively rather than in a single burst.

Three workshops per phase

One each for Primary, Middle and Secondary teachers, so the tools are always age-appropriate to the students in the room.

Twelve workshops in all

Each two hours: 90 minutes of content plus 30 minutes of live Q&A.

Live online over Zoom

Delivered directly to teachers, no travel, minimal disruption to the timetable.

Every question answered and recorded

Answers from Sanjeev Verma are recorded on the Alchemi-E platform, an always-available reference library teachers can return to.

Usable from day one

Practical, problem-solving format. Tools go into the classroom the next morning.

What teachers learn to do

Capability that stays in the school

  • Apply developmental principles in everyday classroom moments
  • Address attention loss, emotional overwhelm, low confidence and behavioural reactivity as they happen
  • Reinforce student growth through everyday interactions
  • Create psychologically safer classrooms
  • Become long-term facilitators of development, so the capability stays inside the school

What we ask

Four commitments, stated upfront

  • A named point of contact who owns the calendar and internal follow-through.
  • Protected teacher time across the live workshops, not squeezed between duties.
  • A willingness to let the platform be the backbone, rather than a link shared once and forgotten.
  • Teachers fill in the progress forms twice a year.

We say this upfront because the programme only works when the school protects this time.

It is a fit filter, not a warning.

What stays with your teachers

Recording and summary

Each phase provides recordings and a written summary so teachers can return to the learning.

Q&A library

Recorded answers remain available between live sessions.

Curriculum materials

Phase 4 adds the classroom curriculum and practice materials.

Teachers track progress through short forms twice a year, not weekly paperwork.
