Implementation

Start with a focused pilot, then scale on evidence you have seen yourself

We recommend seeing Alchemi-E work with your own students before it goes school-wide. Everything is delivered online, with minimal disruption to academic schedules.

The stages

How a rollout actually proceeds

  1. 01

    Online assessment & setup

    About 2 weeks

    • An online school-culture and needs assessment using the context you share
    • Understand your academic structure, student needs and goals, online
    • Plan the integration and rollout with your team
  2. 02

    Focused pilot

    Recommended: one term

    • One selected grade band or cohort
    • Teacher workshops delivered over Zoom, 90 minutes content plus 30 minutes live Q&A
    • Recorded Q&A and resources on the Alchemi-E platform
    • Progress tracked through short forms teachers fill in, no in-person observation, no weekly paperwork
    • Ongoing implementation support for educators
  3. 03

    Integration & scale

    Ongoing

    • Evaluate real student response
    • See how it fits your students
    • Build a long-term integration plan
    • Scale gradually across grades

What carries the programme between sessions

The platform is the mechanism, not the brochure

The curriculum hub

Opens on this week, not a table of contents.

Weekly practice, affirmation and activity, ready for immediate classroom use.

The Q&A library

Every question, answered once, and kept.

Recorded answers remain available to current and future teachers.

The session library

Missed a workshop? It is already there.

Recordings and written summaries make catching up simple.

What we ask of a school

Four commitments, and nothing hidden

  • A named point of contact who owns the calendar and internal follow-through
  • Protected teacher time across the live workshops
  • A willingness to let the platform be the backbone, rather than a link shared once and forgotten
  • Teachers fill in the progress forms twice a year

Measurement, without weekly paperwork

School intake

School context, priorities and participating grades inform the setup.

Teacher pulse

Short check-ins help understand teacher experience at agreed points.

Twice-yearly review

Teachers fill in short forms to track each class’s growth.

Questions schools ask

Does this need a new subject?

No. Practices can sit inside existing routines, wellbeing periods and classroom interactions.

Is travel needed?

No. Assessment, training and support are delivered online.

Who delivers the workshops?

Sanjeev Verma leads the live teacher workshops and Q&A.

Which curricula does it fit?

We plan around your school’s curriculum and structures, including international and national systems.

How much teacher time is needed?

Each live workshop is two hours: 90 minutes of teaching and 30 minutes of Q&A. Protecting this time is part of the school’s commitment.

How is data handled?

Teachers track their students’ growth through short forms agreed with each school. The platform has no student accounts, and no child’s details are collected through this website.

What does it cost?

Fees are discussed after understanding your grade bands, timing and needs. Contact us for a proposal.
