The founder
Sanjeev Verma
Sanjeev Verma has twenty-five years of practice at the intersection of psychology, human development and consciousness. He lives in Canada and delivers Alchemi-E online.
He is the author of The Alchemy of Vedic and Yogic Psychology. His work explores how internal patterns shape behaviour, attention, relationships and resilience.
Sanjeev designs every Alchemi-E programme and teaches every live session himself: the school teacher workshops, the Teacher SEL Certification and the Parents Programme.

Where the method comes from
Deep roots. A secular programme.
The approach joins Vedic and Yogic psychology with modern Western psychology. These are the roots of the method, not religious instruction. The programme is secular and designed for diverse classrooms; schools can discuss the foundations with us if they wish.

Durlak et al. reviewed 213 school SEL programmes involving more than 270,000 students.
Taylor et al. studied the persistence of benefits after SEL programmes ended.
Oliveira et al. reviewed 43 studies of SEL interventions involving 3,004 teachers.
